HAHAHAH this is hilarious!! i can get about 75% of it. There's a mix of the acting plot and side comments from the actor out of character.

So the intro is just introducing the characters. The guy at :35 is supposed to be Jack Bauer. Tony comes from CTU Los Angeles to CTU Japan; they call him "hollywood star".

The guy at :59 who picks up the phone: "Yes, I understand. Jack, we have a situation. " Something about a CD-ROM

Tony: "Knock it off.. etc"

Jack: "Sorry, Tony. It's the real phone"
