Maybe this guy is a great teacher in person, but that doesn't come across in the video. The wild hand gestures are ridiculous. I saw a TED video of this guy in front of a live audience, and he was great. All of these Teaching Company videos seem to be talking torsos that are uncomfortable in front of a camera. They charge $200+ for these courses. Kahn Academy's free courses are a better deal.

Never seen a professor move his hands as much as this guy.  Brilliantly spoken, clear, concise, flows well --- great lecture.
