I just realized how large my departments trucks are compared to FDNY, ours have a telescopic ladder rack that comes down lower because its up so high which allows us much more equipment space. im not sure, do FDNY engines have tanks? because thats 1 reason ours is so big, because theres not alot of hydrants in our county, so our Engine has a 500 gallon tank. as well as our Rescue, our Quint has a 650 Gallon tank. and our Tanker a 5500 gallon one.

@jazzbutterworth No its an engine. Look at FDNY squads. Either squad 18,252,288,or 61. Thats a squad. The back of the truck is the bigest difference. Also there are 7 squads and 55 isnt one of them. they're 1, 252, 288,270,61,18,41.
