Cabbage and Pigs Feet

Just made me some fried cabbage I also put shredded carrots in mines. Don't use pigs feet just some maple flavored bacon.....Thanks for sharing...

My grandmother used to make cabbage similar to this but I think she cooked in in butter? It gets sort of almost sweet.

Fried cabbage is good but I don't think I can eat the ears or the feet! My dad used to love to suck on pickled pigs feet. He'd buy it in a jar at the store. OMG... I thought EWWW. hahaha. Hugs Granny Mae!

@imperceptibleme , Well you can always sub fried bacon or pork chop drippings to season with or butter even, but the frying with the onions is the deal, we love it.
