Why of course it is. It usually is on shows like that, where the acoustic is quite bad. Pretty much every artist that's on talk shows (and such) lipsync (some exceptions might be if they're actually there just to sing, and they're on a stage).

OK for everyone who does not understand this, its getting so annoying explaning this, but anyways, In germany they have these child labor laws where, as a child performer, your not allowed to sing past a certain time. The kids have to lip-sync because its against the laws not to past the time. Germany is very strict about it. Check out other performers too like Declan or even Tokio Hotel. So its not there unability to sing, they all can sing, its just the law.
