I'm a COD convert. I'm glad my friend showed me BF3. I've gone through 3 controllers because of COD. I haven't raged once on BF3 yet. I still play both. But I always get pissed when I play COD.

I have played mw2,mw3,bbc2 and bf3 and I like to quickscope sometimes but I get tired of all the f*cking campers sitting in those corners. Bf3 is better in everything and I think that the campaign is better too, just cuz it's more teamwork and realness. In the mw3 campaign you are running around and killing people and the f*cking jets fly right into buildings = why?. I'm not buying a COD game ever again!...
One major inevitable flaw on both games is that you walk unbelievably fast like your going 5 steps a second, but obviously, it would be really slow so no one would like it that way but just saying. But honestly I love both games, though cod has reached me before bf, I love the campaigns for cod but amazingly realistic graphics for BF3. I like both games 5/5 for me.
Mw3 do have minor amounts of SSAO(probably pc only) but the low amount makes it useless cause they could enhance the shading alot with just SSAO. BTW even if all potential unleashed(if there is any) it would suck compared to engines like frostbite 2, unreal engine cryengine 3, ect

very true. I own both games and prefer BF3 for both singleplayer and multiplayer. People who argue that MW3 is better on pc only say so because they have crappy computers and can't run BF3 on Ultra settings. The reason I built my new PC is to run BF3 on cranked up. Running two GTX 580's.

Call of Duty was once a great game. It focused on a great story and threw in the matchmaking just for the fun of it. The last CoD game to do this was CoD WaW.

I played BF3 since launch and now I just got MW3. I'm a bit underwhelmed by the graphics because I got used to BF3. It really is a huge difference on that department. But campaign wise, MW3 is pulling my interest while BF3 is just so "plain" for me.
This is such a biased video that favors bf3. the reason why you cant see any shadows in the first video of mw3 is because its a war zone surrounded by buildings. when the commentator says you cant hear any footsteps in mw3 is because THERE ARE EXPLOSIONS!

@3bood1221 to be honest, the BF3 single player campaign is a carbon copy of Call of Duty's campaign design, and the major change in multiplayer is that they took the large scale environments from Battlefield 2 and combined them with the destructible environments of the Battlefield Bad Company series. It's not like they did something entirely new like they did with Battlefield 2142 in 2007.

Does anyone really give two craps about graphics? I play Halo 2 to this day and those graphics suck! I don't care about graphics, all I care about his how the game plays. For me, CoD is more approachable because it's fast paced and fun all around while in BF, the multiplayer practicaly wastes every hour of my time and the campaigns are absolutely terrible. I try with BF so hard, but I can't like it the same as CoD, but we should all just be peaceful towards each other than waste time flaming

MW3 is the same engine, good story, multiplayer is ok but spec ops is the best, weapons sound almost identical to the other MW games before it and mostly the small enclosed maps. Vehicles are computer controlled, arcade rail style gameplay.
BF3 is a new engine, good story, multiplayer is very good, weapons and their sounds actually are taken from real firearms used in RL. Vehicles and sandbox type maps with tactical teamwork.

BF3 is just a huge recon fest, just like COD half of the teams use bolt action rifles, the maps are way too big for 24 players, the dead zones on the analogs are fucked up and cause drift even on new controllers, the hit boxes drag behind the models by 5 feet and the game is boring as cat shit.

@Kyriosdot besides , i have finished B3 and i don t see the big wow factor that they say it has ( with the mention that i have played on the last difficulty setting and with the best video settings ) , and i don t see why do you need time to think in the game because it s pretty much the same thing as MW but with slightly better graphics . The only mission on Singleplayer worth mentioning is the tank one and on mp taht you can mark a person or/and becomes marked after a frag.

I've played plenty of both series' games, and BF3 wins. I liked MW1, 2, but 3 just sucked tight, poopy, gross ass. It was just one big disappointment.

@3bood1221 to be honest, the BF3 single player campaign is a carbon copy of Call of Duty's campaign design, and the major change in multiplayer is that they took the large scale environments from Battlefield 2 and combined them with the destructible environments of the Battlefield Bad Company series. It's not like they did something entirely new like they did with Battlefield 2142 in 2007.

Does anyone really give two craps about graphics? I play Halo 2 to this day and those graphics suck! I don't care about graphics, all I care about his how the game plays. For me, CoD is more approachable because it's fast paced and fun all around while in BF, the multiplayer practicaly wastes every hour of my time and the campaigns are absolutely terrible. I try with BF so hard, but I can't like it the same as CoD, but we should all just be peaceful towards each other than waste time flaming

I have both games so here is my opinion.
MW3 is the same engine, good story, multiplayer is ok but spec ops is the best, weapons sound almost identical to the other MW games before it and mostly the small enclosed maps. Vehicles are computer controlled, arcade rail style gameplay.
BF3 is a new engine, good story, multiplayer is very good, weapons and their sounds actually are taken from real firearms used in RL. Vehicles and sandbox type maps with tactical teamwork.

MW3 is esactly the same as he last game, the servers still arenot dedicated and the hit detectionbs crap.
BF3 is just a huge recon fest, just like COD half of the teams use bolt action rifles, the maps are way too big for 24 players, the dead zones on the analogs are fucked up and cause drift even on new controllers, the hit boxes drag behind the models by 5 feet and the game is boring as cat shit.

@Kyriosdot besides , i have finished B3 and i don t see the big wow factor that they say it has ( with the mention that i have played on the last difficulty setting and with the best video settings ) , and i don t see why do you need time to think in the game because it s pretty much the same thing as MW but with slightly better graphics . The only mission on Singleplayer worth mentioning is the tank one and on mp taht you can mark a person or/and becomes marked after a frag.
