  • You really need to slow down the deads rather than half dropping them mate

  • @preid1 lol no thanks

  • @preid1 yea its actually risky to have a controlled negative on deads. it's safer to just drop the weight w/o bouncing it of course.

  • funny, if you do pullup like that, you are not isolating back, you hit tricept, chest, and anterior delt

  • @adjeast well they've been working!

  • why is good form being thumbs upped?

  • @TeaShizzle whats the point of this comment

  • @Sturla222 lol you wish? you shouldn't wish, make it reality!!!!

  • What gym is this one? Looks better than the ones around here. I also want to get a strong back but I have a back and shoulder injury. What do you recommend as the top exercises for starting out for back. I currently only do dumbell rows, lat pull downs and back extensions but my back is weak compared to yours bro.

  • @raulgomez902 lifetime fitness! honestly bro as you can see in this video. the best way to strengthen your back is from just your own bodyweight, pull ups pull ups and more pull ups. I literally did this workout minus the deadlifts for about 2 months and the results were crazzzy. your lats will get wider and the rest of your lifts will increase. if your back is really bad and your not able to do pull ups then i would recommend some light machine work to start getting some strength back.

  • really good form

  • @reedf904 thanks a lot man

  • @luv6pup thank you!!

  • I really like how you dont swing while doing pull ups, so you dont use momentum. You also got great deadlift form.

  • @kenx213 appreciate that! form is everything
