Thank you so much for sharing. As a young woman working in the music business and trying to get into tour management, it's encouraging to see a strong female TM and get the inside look at the job. (It's especially nice for the first comment not to be, "But, you're a girl.")

I love these. Getting to know the specific of their job roles and seeing their personalities. I can't think of many artists that take a sole venture and then shine the light on the people behind them.  Very cool.

jeff maker - you're fucking amazing. i've seen some shows, and there's always alot of diversity, and its an amazing light show. you dont notice it durring the show, it just goes with it so natually. but while you're remembering it, you say "wow, the lighting really added to the mood of the song". you just made an awesome thing more awesome :)
