I would like to thank you for very helpful instructions. I completed full frets for two setars, instruction worked great. If I may add the time you would leave the gut in water is roughly 2 minutes. This worked for me with non surgical catguts. Thanks again.
Listen carefully to the clip. At the start, you need to overlap the first row over on the part of the Pardeh that you hold on to. this will help you to get a tight pardeh. Practice, Practice , Practice.

I just missed the word (or) between nonabsorbable and plain gut. I meant to say that you can use either type. but please make sure you get plain type although, it's absorbable. It'll be all right since it's staying in the air. It's characteristics are very similar to natural gut. You can buy it from any supplier. Make sure it comes in natural color which is identical to traditional Pardeh. Order one to see how it's going to work. Expired ones are cheaper.
You are going to spend almost $50 for the entire neck with these sutures (nakheh Bakhiyeh).you should order only Plain Gut Non-absorbable No. 5 in metric system or #2 in USP(American system) for tar. If you want to use that for setar you sould order #0 in American scale.

you can also use the the same string which is used in medicine for surgery . the problem with the string you used is the humadity is making it loose ... I came up to use the fishing string which is nylon . it stays very solid and you do not needs to change it ..

)سپاسگزارم*)خود من یادم هست که به سختی و با نگاه کردن به گره های بسته شده اولیه بر روی ساز و با آزمون و خطا موفق به انجام این کار شدم.
