@andyboyborg I personally love True Crime so I'd say around the 8.7/10 mark. TC:LA was definitely a 8.5/10 for me. It played more stable but had tons of bugs (not that NYC doesn't). If you can look past the clunky controls and terrible frame rate, NYC is a terrific game. Open world games are never completed to perfection though. :(
