I would like to say that you an get over depression alone though.. it just takes finding a way to confront yourself and accept the universe for what it is :(

it's always in the back of your mind, but you have the subtle gratification that you were the one that overcame your own mind and body, and got yourself out of a rut, and it gives you motivation to do anything in the world that you want.

I hope one day many people can experience that feeling.

This video is quite informative, and well done .I knew two people who committed suicide, and four who cut their wrists, so it's something I know is quite common in Australia, especially amongst youth.

Beyond Blue is a charity worth donating to. I myself had two friends who passed away due to depression. The strangest thing with one of my friends is that I saw him a few weeks before he passed away and seemed content with everything.
