@KJ91108 the house rabbit society's webpage has some tips, but essentially you keep them in a smaller space like their pen, they'll tend to pick one spot. You put some of their waste in the litter pan and put it in that spot. Once they are firmly established using that spot, you give them a little more space, and a little more space. For the entire space shown in this video, my rabbits only use the litter pan in their pen, but if they have access to many rooms you may need a few litter boxes.
Oh yes, I know how that is...I have had to flip my couch cushions over due to our furious little digger...but I love her anyway! I'm head over heals for bunnies ever since I got her from a local rabbit rescue over a year ago. How can you get mad at them with those little faces? :)
By far this is one of the cutest bunny video clips I've seen!! The racing, the binkies, the wedging under the furniture...all so adorable! I love my bunny too, but these guys were great to watch!
Actually we are still working on bonding, thats why the whole video they are seperate. Bonding usually ends in growls and ugliness right now, but we are working on it. :)
If a rabbit can fit their head in something, they can fit their whole body through. I have a rabbit who loves to hide under everything, except I can't coax him out with treats since he hates me (he'll only come out to bit my hand and go back underneath).
Oh how mean! Ours are very food driven, but they are not fed pellet food other than just as a treat. Hand feeding them occasional pellets is a sort of bonding experience, it gets them to climb up on our laps.
