Poor poor Britian...you guys really haven't any female singers that are worth a damn. Dusty, Amy Winehouse were good...Adele is fantastic..but from all that I've heard over the years..this lady, Cleo Laine, Shirley Bassey(ugh!!!!!) even Petula Clark wasn't good...they suck!!!oooh forgot about Lisa Stansfield--she was good--where is she?

She sounds "shrugs shoulders" kinda flat and uninspired here--all her other songs too. No wonder you guys like American singers so much (females anyways)

This could have been really good had she not bumbled the lyrics. In here case, she RARELY does it... so I give her a pass on that, of course. I think this would have benefited from her slowing the songs down some. I love the gown, except it's too low cut. Low cut necklines do NOT flatter Cill.

As anAmerican girl growing up in the U.S.A.,I didn't know who Cilla Black was. I think I've heard her once or twice on the radio over the years. Thanks to YouTube and her fan's postings, I have been able to hear her and watch her perform .For me,she is a new discovery among talentedt female vocalists.She might have slipped up a little in this performance,but it is my favorite one so far. She sounds great and looks so lovely in that sparkly dress.

@HardWarUK That was probably overwhelming at first.Jazz is promoted by publicly funded radio here more than ever.Aside from Dave Brubeck quartet, I 'm not a fan. Country music still has a huge following here and there are still a lot of radio stations that play that music,no matter where you live here.Blues fans have to rely on college radio station programs. There is too much gab on commercial radio now.

@GiuseppePascuale928 you are so right about Dionne...her version is beautiful! The Zombies version is 2nd...it's really great, but they copied the Dionne version basically.

Great singing as usual from Cilla but sounds like she lost her way towards the end? Good composure on her part however to finish the way she did!

Yes, I mentioned this earlier. A few times she forgot words and it was going out live. This is the only time I recall her doing this.
