They've patched the ATVs in patch 1.04, I've tried them online and they are much better - came in first place on Skyline. And I wasn't using the perk that let's you boost longer.

@davincentcode no, its just for PS3. I just wish PSN would be on already so that I could actually play this game. They have surprisingly added to the online community.
