  • Go lower plz.

  • mirin' all those dumbbells on the side.

  • Why don't you bring it to the top of your chest for every rep?

  • @inkelis cus its not nessicary

  • this is 200lbs right?

  • What's the benefit of the fat bar? Never tried one.

  • @srb8522 Forearm activation in a compound movement

  • your shoulders do the most work at the ROM he's using. Any lower and he would be using more triceps.

  • Theres really no advantage of going much lower unless you want to fuck your shoulders. Also, this is the best song to move big weight to!!!

  • @gman0345 Not doing shoulder movements from fully adducted position might not develop your supraspinatus which will lead to injury. Check exrx.net common muscular weaknesses. Im fairly sure this guy does full rom at his routine exercise with smaller weight (otherwise would have had shoulder injury already). This is just youtube egolift! ;)

  • @kibetsu <3 exrx

  • @kibetsu

egolift? you are aware of who this is, correct?

  • (you couldve gone a few inches lower but) VEERRYY NICE!!! home gym?

  • thats good stregth right there

  • Man Savickas is gonna make you look like a toddler

  • fuark

  • @roidsR4chickenshits Fuck off, kid.

  • @roidsR4chickenshits are you kidding? get the fuck out of here

  • wat a beast

  • PPL PUT DUMB SHIT ON YOUTUBE I SWEAR

  • those were good clean reps right there, i hate when people bounce the bar off the upper chest.

  • disturbed ftw!

  • nice lift, but bring the bar down to your chin not your chin to the bar

  • @i3obm4l2ley

Before criticizing someone's lift, show us how it's done?

  • @justcallmeDiesel you really need an instructional video on how to bring the bar down to your chin without stretching your neck up?

  • @i3obm4l2ley

Regardless, That's Matt Kroc. He's a beast either way.

  • Attention! You're a fucking moron if you're trying to tell Kroc how to do work. Do you know who this guy is. Fuck off!...

  • Poor r.o.m. Try stripping some weight off the bar and lowering it to near your clavicles. An upraised chin is not supposed to be the starting point of each repetition.

  • That last rep I thought he was gonna lose it and wreck himself.

  • what is the feel during a workout and the benefits of using a fat bar over a standard olympic bar?

  • @davidpenwell1987 you feel much more of your muscles working, it does also feel pretty awkward but its good though

  • I like how the video cuts out right before things get violent

  • you do realize hes using an axle bar.... do the weight you normally do on that thing and then you'll see why its so hard.

  • why he doin half reps?

  • sry but isnt that light weight for kroc?.... why hes struggling with that weight?

  • @ForcingYou He's using a fat gripz bar, that's why

  • @1991thechamp mhm...

  • @ForcingYou everybody has weak spots man, jsut cause your strong in one exercise doesnt meant you are strong all over. Kroc is great, a bull, however, as you can see there are some exercises that even he struggles with.

  • HEE YOU AHH....ENEMEEAYY

  • people making excuses why they dont do certain "dangerous exercises" military press is not for beginners unless they have perfect technique and common sense like knowing how far to go down and when to stop because u can really fk your shoulders with 1 wrong twist or jerk and he isnt going deep enough not hitting all the deltoid heads

  • Very strong, and I like the thick bar, but your form is horrible. :/

Go watch some Rippetoe videos on the overhead press. ^^

  • I think he lacks the flexibility to go all the way down. Plus, the fat bar must make it really difficult and dead press it from chest high.

  • @tempac91 It's also more dangerous for the rotator cuffs to go all the way down. The delts get appropriate and plenty stress if he brings the bar down to jaw level. Any lower, and at that weight, could compromise the safety of his rotator cuffs. But those delts are huge, so I wouldn't doubt the lack of flexibility you're talking about.

  • @nubster02 Misha Koklyaev push-pressed 200kg (not pounds) for three, full-range reps ( see /watch?v=rXXszjlqxhI ). So let's not get carried away and start talking nonsense about rotator cuffs

  • @tempac91 I know what kg are bud, and Koklyaev is a strongman competitor, it's a different category of lifting as I'm sure you're aware...

And nobody's getting carried away, dangerous rotator cuff stress is a possibility, not an absolute, so if anybody can do several kilograms of military press with a full range of motion, more power to them... but in human physiology, those "half-reps" as some might call them, are sufficient to cause proper muscle fiber tears--I have a masters in Kinesiology

  • @nubster02 I mentioned pounds to emphasize the difference in strength between Misha and this guy, which is considerable. As for the flexibility, I think it is better to be flexible enough to go full range and then do half reps, than not being able to go full range at all.

The excuse of a possibility of damaging your rotator cuffs if you full range, is plain wrong.

  • @tempac91 Like I said before, Misha is a COMPLETELY different category of lifter. This guy will never match that... otherwise we'd see him in strongman competitions, right? And like I said, excuse or not, rotator cuff damage is a possibility, not an absolute, and it's possible to mess it up trying to use a full range of motion with heavy weight. I've seen plenty of patients in my office with similar problems, and all too many injuries in the gym. Nothing wrong with it if the athlete is trained

  • @nubster02 The thing is, every exercise has the possibility of injury is the lifter isn't properly trained in the strength or technique of the lift.

  • @nubster02

So your degree has taught you that people, merely by dint of what sport they might train in, automatically have entirely different healthy ranges of motion, corresponding to distinctly different shoulder builds? Without even attempt to make the slightest argument for body type? Not to mention the entire HISTORY of overhead pressing - read Bill Starr's article on the subject of when people pressed from the shoulders in lifting comps, and nobody had heard of rotator cuffs.

  • thats awesome i can only do 100 military press sitting (im in a wheel chair soo i cant stand for it )

  • His back is unbelievable.

  • Not only is it 200, but its with a fat bar

  • @Gunfulker27 not only with fat bar...but without spot

  • @Gunfulker27 fat bars dont make it much harder on presses..trust me cuz i have one

  • @Gunfulker27 you know fat bars don't make pressing movements much (if at all) harder right? maybe slightly

  • You Press 200, I press the LIKE button :)

  • this is nothing. im 12 and can press 550 lbs

  • i know i will get smashed for this but although this is massive power i would have like him to drop it a little lower. before anyone gets all defensive i know what i like means nothing to him

  • @leeboy29680 Agreed. He's surely strong; however, I want to see the guys who can bring it down to top of their sternums each rep. That's how Wendler recommends it in 5/3/1 and does it in all his videos. No way this guy could pull off 3 reps bringing it down that far without getting pinned. It seems like one of those lifts where guys will tend to cheat just a little bit more and more each week just to add weight to the bar.

  • props props and more props

  • S0 MANY TR0LLS HERE

  • what a boss

  • how do you get your traps so huge?

  • @lifeliver0505 its called genetics

  • I must say that this guy is an idiot. He must use the stomach belt when doing exercise like this, and with this weight.

  • @ilidantesha Stomach belt? Exercise like this? This weight? Do you actually even know on what are you commenting on here?

  • @ilidantesha we know now that YOU are not just a idiot, but a fuckin retard fat fuck

  • @superman1987kk

JEBEM TI MAMU RETARDIRANU, PUŠI GA DEBELO AMERIČKO GOVNO, BRE JA SAM ZA TEBE ŠVARCENEGER, PIZDA TI MATERINA, BRE IDI IGRAJ TELEVIZOR DEBILU JEDAN, GLUP SI KAO I SVI TVOJI SUNAROIDNICI!!!!!

  • @ilidantesha fuck u motherbitch. go and suck your daddys dick u little fat fuck shit and take that dick out of your anus!

  • fucking best music =)

  • I can almost press that weight for 1. I feel good.

  • Nice Dude... I listen to Disturbed too when i train ! :)

  • Dude I'm only 7 and I mili press 476!!!! GAHHHHH SHUT THE FUCK UPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

  • is that the "El Gordo" Bar?

  • Hey I have a question maybe you can help me. Every time I do SMP my lower back gets hurt. I really try and tighten my core and I've tried a belt but still gets hurt. I deadlift and squat and never have a problem with my lower back just SMP. Seated is not problem either.

  • @DANIAC262 is it a 4 inch power lifting belt? are you expanding your belly when you breathe? if you squat and dl chances are that you have a relatively stable platform. could just be undisciplined form like twisting around a lot. that always torqued my back

  • @FudgeTunneler It's one of those valeo belts, its about the same size all the way around and about 5 inches at it's widest. Yes, I fill my belly with air and tighten my core hard but haven't tried in a few months because I don't want to tweak my back. Doing pretty well with Dumbell military press though.

  • @DANIAC262 you are probably leaning back too far.

  • I want a gym in my garage how much did all those weights and equipment cost?

  • this is strong and all i just expected a little more out of kroc

  • and i thought i was cool because i could do it with 155 :/

  • dam this is more than i bench

  • thats a fat bar haha. gotta be almost 100 pounds alone.

  • sick lifting kroc!

  • Disturbed ftw!!

  • And the rack broke because of pure awesomeness at the end...

  • isnt that only 175?

  • @superman808state No. It's 200. It's in the video description. He's using what's called a fat bar, which obviously means it's gonna be a bit heavier than a typical 45lb olympic bar.

  • why is he not doing full range of motion? training lockouts ? but still sick, kroc ftw

  • haha i do this 5x5 with as much and sometimes more weight, makes me feel good now seeing a big guy like you do it haha :D Btw, all your vids are pretty sweet.

  • You are a fucking barbarian bro! Awesome motivation!

  • i wish he was my neighbor. i would be at his house working out and blasting hardcore music everyday!

  • Comment removed

  • @TheBastardTeam

let's see you beat Kroc's strength. his "bad form" got him that physique. Something that 99% of youtube (including yourself) can only dream of.

  • @pojo205 ??? sorry i did a bad comment xD i was wrong vid lol :p

  • @pojo205 99% would be a generous figure. That's saying that one in every 100 Youtubers can be as strong as Kroc. I'd say its more like 99.999%

  • lmao.. look at all these fucking retards underneath me arguing over the internet like a bunch of morons.. watch da videos .if u see a comment from a hater and we all kno who they are just spam the dam comment..thats what they want, they want 2 start arguements with them and talk shit back and fourth .

  • thats not very much at all... this guy trains day in and day out and thats it. ill rep that seated with perfect form... and i barley hit the gym anymore...

  • @dbernacil your gym have a fat bar then?

  • @morals2 no but according to the vid description thats 200 pounds... ill press 200 pounds over my head anyway u want me to 8 times... not that hard. plus fat bars just make it harder to grip which involves grip strength not pressing strength. doesnt really interfere...

  • @dbernacil Why don't you have a single video of your training? But of course the real question is, why the fuck are you trolling?

  • @ArentWeSpecial dude Im not lol. I just thought he would be able to do more then that, thats all. And i dont bring cameras into the gym, and dont really want to... Im not lying, honestly its not that hard...

  • @dbernacil Cool story, bro.

  • @ArentWeSpecial quit bein a faggot, faggot. jus because youre a pansy ass bitch doesnt mean you have the right to talk to me. FAG.

  • @dbernacil Even cooler story, bro.

  • @dbernacil It's easier seated. You don't have to focus near as much on balance.

  • @thefanofthewho u involve more muscle muscles in your body to stablize the weight which makes the excercise more compound do it STANDING!

  • @ThaHumanTornadoFan I always do. I was just telling that guy that seated is always easier.

  • i think most guys cant even do 8 proper reps of 200lb parallel squat :D

  • @chowzisiong actually most guys can do alot more.

  • @chowzisiong most people cant squat 135lbs ass to calf for 1 rep

  • I can do this for 505 for 8 reps and I only weigh 12 pounds.

  • C'mon stop playing- I know a big guy like this can do wayy more than this.

  • song name?

  • i fuckin LOVE the background song lmao, gotta love disturbed

  • That force!

  • i mean i know 200lbs is not LIGHTWEIGHT to most average people and even stronger ones for this ttype of exercise, but i can do 350lbs and im only 13 years old

  • @13andincrediblycut No you can't and you're fat and lonely.

  • @fearandloathinginNY Fat and lonely? No, that's your momma! :P

  • @13andincrediblycut Wow. You're what we like to call a thunder thighed cum guzzling gutter skank. Using "Your momma" jokes? What are you? You in the 3rd grade or something.

  • @13andincrediblycut what a fukn ball bag. 13 and can press 350lbs!!!! get off the glass pipe hahaha

  • @asialoks I'm drug-free, buddy!

Check out my article on being drug-free and learn the TRUTH about steriods. :)

  • @asialoks get over yourself. I can't stand pompous people

  • @asialoks oops sorry, thought you were saying that you could do that. Didn't realize you were responding to him lol

  • @asialoks lol what i dont get is that he claims this unimaginable strength for a 13 year old but his name is 13 and incredibly cut... i dont know anyone who can do this weight thats cut..

  • @13andincrediblycut

You noob.. I could do 350 when I was 7, you just suck!!!!

  • I read an article with Kroc stating that he gets 3-4 hours of sleep per night. How a person can put up those kind of numbers on 3-4 hours is beyond me. Kroc is very strong mentally. I need a minimum of 7 hours or I really suffer in the gym.

  • terrible. im 13 and i can do close to double that AND im actually attractive lol.

    no TRUE offense. ;)

  • @13andincrediblycut This guy is a professional, what are you?

  • @WtfEggsBbq Dude read his youtube page hes an obvious badass poser

  • @13andincrediblycut Dude NO ONE believes you! Jeez what is your problem. Seek help as its not normal to be that pathetic. Where are the vids? Oh theres none! Time to grow up kid.

  • @13andincrediblycut you need to get over yourself. I can't stand pompous people and right now, you are one of them.

  • @13andincrediblycut im only 12 and i military press 375. loser.

  • @monkeyhead360 No I'm not lying. Jerk. :)

  • @13andincrediblycut yeah judging by your youtube name, that's something you are insecure about.

  • @monkeyhead360 What? Insecure? Not me. :P

  • @13andincrediblycut fuck you, your mom your dad and ill fuck your sister for you... have a nice day faggot...

  • @xxxjose213 You too have a nice day failure. :)

  • @13andincrediblycut Still trolling I see...

  • i can even exceed 200s on the military press not bragging just saying trust me.

  • @13andincrediblycut

Do you seriously post your self-repping, no-video, 13-year-old-superman shit on every single video of professional strength athletes? Guess what - nobody "trusts" you. Nobody is going to believe you without video evidence.

Please do everyone a favor and stop posting this stuff until you put up those videos you keep talking about. When and if that happens, please continue your vow of e-silence, because even if it were true, you'd still be an attention whore.

  • @tgtennis im not lying ill upload the vids soon

  • @13andincrediblycut

Please do, but even then, you could take a cue from the Average Broz or ericsapimp058's channel. Those are a bunch of insanely strong teens who are showing one of the qualities the strength community prides itself on - going out, lifting, and not looking to others for validation. Shameless self-promotion is the kind of immature stuff that people associate with lifters, although the serious guys don't bother with it.

Leave that kind of posting to the keyboard warriors.

  • @tgtennis you didnt include girls.

my sister actually is sort of in to powerlifting. she can bench her bodyweight and she doesnt even do weights only body weight exercises.

    im an equalist, sorry.

  • @13andincrediblycut

Figure of speech. "Serious lifters," then.

  • @tgtennis it doesnt matter how old or even how big you are at times, if you have good form depending on the person they can lift more then others. They have even shown a like 6 or 7 year old kid lifting more weight then professional body builders so stop thinking its not possible just cause you havent seen it with your own eyes or cause you can't do it yourself cause it only shows how close minded you can be

  • @silent0knight0

I'm not sure you've seen much from this kid that you're defending, but he's made a dozen or so posts like this at least. Frankly, most of the people doing that are the same guys that say they are 12 and just so happen to be 100 pounds over the world record. You know - "Video or it didn't happen."

He could be like the guys in the videos from Average Broz gym or ericsapimp058 channels, who are insanely strong, dedicated teens, but they don't engage in shameless self-promotion

  • im 13 and i can military press 300 on a straight bar never tried a fat one though

  • @13andincrediblycut stfu dude no mames u a juice head o wut

  • @20rattlers12 what?

  • PARTIALS NOOB

  • Respect for doing any kind of lifting with a fat bar. That'll fry you about 3 times as fast as a normal olympic bar.

  • Fat-bar military presses are significantly harder than they look. Heavy presses are hard as it is, not being able to grip the bar well is fucking hard.

  • matt just out of curiosity, has improving your overhead press helped your bench at all?

  • 200 pound strict press. pretty good

  • DAmn, this guy is a beast!

  • his a power lifter mat kroc

  • Comment removed

  • @iloveblumpkin Dumbass....

  • @iloveblumpkin

    lol, you're a fucking idiot

  • @iloveblumpkin No- you fucking idiot. Do some research before you spew some BS out of your pie hole. Push press has leg drive and it's more geared towards plyometrics whereas, military press can be seated or standing- as long as it has no leg drive. Now you know. Dumbass.
