  • So instead of 400 dollars a tow, it'll be 4000. Awesome!

  • This was done for comedy purposes. ;)

  • @Dulcimerist """""""""""comedy"""""""""""

  • How is this funny? he was funnier smashing fruit..

  • It's called an intelligent idea.

  • how is this intelligent?

  • I officially give up on people like you

  • lol.. that's what i thought

  • because a helicopter can get to the scene of a crash faster then a tow truck and they can just lift it out of the way to get traffic flowing faster

  • i hope you're not serious about this idea?

  • it worked didnt it?

  • he damaged that car.. look at the front fender.. i just hope you're not serious about this idea..

  • thanks for proving my point of how stupid both of you have become..

  • and thank you for the retarded reply, toddler.

  • lmao.. i love it.. you have no reply so you name call..

  • Glorious hypocrisy

  • all this because you couldnt answer a question.. oh boy.. hahaha

  • Yawn...

Getting a tow truck trough a traffic jam vs. a helicopter lift to get the vehicle out.

You really have to question this?

    I'm done. I'm tired.

  • actaully yes if this is serious.. cause you cant pick up cars like that without damaging something.. in the case of that car.. look at the front fender from the strap.. also was if its in the city or power lines.. cause that's where you get the most congestion from james.. what else do you tax dollars pay for but you dont get? you're gov didnt even help with new orleans and you expect them to this?

  • You can hook an X-brace underneath it and straight lift it, not unlike how helicopters deploy tanks on the battlefield.

As for power lines, do you think this affects helicopter lifts for emergencies? Most of the time, the pilot is good enough to avoid such things, and with this, he doesn't even have to land.

Also, stop the shit with bashing countries. It's not cool.

  • im not shit bashing.. im showing you the obvious.. if they didnt help with something important you think they'll help with this? also you think every pilot is a PRO and can fly that good? there are great pilots out there and i doubt any of them would do this job..

wind is a factor when it comes to power lines.. and builings.. Xbrace.. oh what about when you cant pick it up like that.. like at 1:55

  • well if it got into an accident the car would be damaged any ways.. im sure with a few modifications it could work you just cant be such a hater... people gave up on Einstein and look at all the great things he has done

  • break-downs like in the desciption..

  • Pilots that are trained for emergency rescue ARE that good.. Wind is a factor with ANY lift, but one would assume the wind wouldn't affect car lifts as much as lifting people due to sheer weight.

  • you know.. atleast you're trying now.. actually the wind effects the helicopter itself.. also when lowering the cables the wind could take that with ease.. also who can wind not effect a car.. have you never been pushed by the wind in while driving? also not all cars way the same and have the same about of surface area...

  • Different helios and different engines can pick a car up. But most small helios can't.

  • I read in an old Popular machanics that my dad had where they did something like this in it.

  • God!! Gallaghers funnny!! i wish he was my dad lolz.

  • get that car outta here!

  • lol hes so fucken crazy

  • weird but cool.

  • Say NO to drugs.

  • Gallagher rocks!!! 5/5 stars. He's NUTZ but TRUTHFUL nutz!

  • What would be even better was if the chopper had a huge electro-magnet. Then the straps wouldn't be needed.

  • then you would end up with a small bunch of cars stuck to it instead of just the one you want.

  • would be a awesome idea if helicopters cost less to opperate, and a way to sling the cars where the didn't get damaged.

  • well it's more than 1 cable that supports the car? So long as it's sturdy, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. If I knew how to pilot a helicopter, I wouldn't mind flying between buildings and whatnot; besides I could fly over it y'know.

  • I recently saw Gallagher perform in person and you can tell he really seems sort of frustrated that people just laugh at this idea like "There he goes being silly again".

I think its a great idea. I don't think there'd be need to move the cars too far though, really. Just a safe distance from the road until a truck could get there (which would take forever if the car was in the road!).

    -=The Prynce

  • that spretty cool but itd be pretty heinous if those cables broke while carrying a car over a traffic jam...

  • he's one crazy bastard lol. he's so awesome.

  • WRONG! That is Gallagher. This is Gallagher's office, so we should know... His brother no longer performs since 2000.

  • Wow what a great idea. I guess the towing industry would either go out of business or be really expensive with helicopters, it's much faster and more convenient, just need stronger cables to hold the car.

  • nice..... lol... i loved that guy when i was young..
