Frank Chu is a legend man! he has been walking around SF and east bay for over a decade holding that sign. He's out of his mind obviously but his presence just makes everything in sf so weird and interesting haha.

You guys think this guy used to work for them on the inside but for some reason was released and they fucked up his brain so that he just appears crazy and no one will take him seriously. I really wouln't be surprised about them causing Katrina or anything else.
