Look further into the book people find out what its really saying there is a message behind these books and it is very well planned very thought out and very well done. There getting the truth out there in a superhero costume.

If anybody here hasn't read Dark Reign: Deadpool yet I highly recommend it, because it is humourus and at times strangely serious. It's strange how at times all he wants is the paycheck and at others he really wants to help people.

I think Dark Reign calls for a very prominent role for Spidey. The head villain beeing Osborn and Spidey already knowing what it's like to be doing the right thing and still beeing treated like a villain. Something many of the other characters don't know. So far however Spidey seems to be sidelined. like Ms. Marvel going after Osborn. Where many of the heroes should be turning to him beeing the expert on all things Osborn and how to deal with the new status in the Marvel Universe.

im thinking that this whole dark reign is gonna be bad at first but just judging how hes pushing the shocking part of it i think we may either seen another civil war or a complete break down of the marvel world via the hands of iron man and iron patriot

no pretty much Norman Osborn and the supervillans take over, SHIELD becomes HAMMER, the thunderbolts become a black-ops squad killing heroes, Tony Stark becomes a wanted fugitive and the Dark Avengers become the main superhero team.

To me it just feels wrong. I mean the heroes work thier damn hardest trying to save the earth and boom everyone suddenly thinks Osborn is the heroe to me it just isn't right.

Please someone give me a reason why I should look forward to Dark Reign.

You should look forward to Dark Reign because it's taking the Marvel Universe to it's most logical conclusion. I've been reading marvel faithfully since about 1981. I can tell you, this is arguably the greatest era in Marvel history. if you read old issues of Marvel (specifically around Uncanny X-men # 200) you can defintately see a pattern of the line between good and evil being blurred. Also, it's not like this is permanent anyway.

i was not a fan of secret invasion but dark reign blows my mind. glad there will be a classic roster in mighty, and i think its awesome captain Bucky is in new. dark avengers looks good. im glad we arent losing ares, and well be seeing marvel boy.

im a little disappointed in the fact that we wont be seeing thor in an avenger book. :( also i was hoping hawkeye would lead the new avengers. but whatever. looks good!

thor is still pissed at tony for cloning him then saying the clone was thor, then letting the clone kill goliath. Thor laid down the law in issue 3 of his new series. hits iron man 5 blocks, iron man says "you've....been working out." Thor:"no...in this time and in this place, I am no longer holding back."

!!!, i didn't even consider that as a possibility. as for the "other" spider-man, got me. pretty sure it's not venom, seeing as he's on the thunderbolts. though it could be like iron spider's that were in the initiative, just guys with suits that mimic spidey's powers.

Don't know much about those spiders but I could tell that was Wolverine son because of how his claws look, the Dark Avengers Wolverine had 2 on top and one under just like Daken, wonder why he working with them though?

im pretty sure that is venom. if you look at the cover of new avengers #50 and look at black spiderman's mouth area, it looks like something has been photo shopped. is that just me???

Nah, it someone else. Venom is still with the Thunderbolts, Osborn is gonna turn them into some kinda black ops squadron. It might be someone emtirely new like the Iron Patriot
