Have you tried to restore it on iTunes? Plug your iPod into your computer, open iTunes and click Restore on the iPod Sumary Page. Its under the Update button.

Ok, for any people who are having problems involving the "Waiting for Reboot" bug and your iPod or iPhone not rebooting, just unplug and replug the USB connector into your computer quickly when the "Waiting for Reboot" message comes up. This should restart the iPod or iPhone and the Jailbreak will continue. Hope this helps!
