History Proves that lowering the Income Tax that the Rich pays even more in Taxes. Under Bush, the Top 1% paid 26% of all Income Taxes Received by the IRS; and the top 10% paid 40%. The same happened back in the 20's, with Kennedy, and Reagan.

When you raise Taxes on the Rich, they pay a smaller percentage as they shelter their money from taxation; happened under Wilson, FDR, Nixion/Carter, Clinton, and now.

Recently, we even gave of our own money, a year worth of rent, a good used car, and Wal-Mart gift cards to a young, hardworking couple whose child was diagnosed with cancer; through their own church. Why? Because we could. That's Capitalism in the vain of Ben Franklin, whose books we make our three children read.
