Did you do a fresh install of the OS or just upgraded? I just bought a TB hard drive for Time Machine so hopefully that works well. I haven't bought Leopard yet but I really want to. Would you recommend doing a fresh install or not?(Thats my plan at the moment)
You didn't review the new Safari web browser with the enhancements.
You didn't review Time Machine - even without an exrternal HDD, you can select the backup options because I plan on doing that before I power-up my external HDD.
Im thinking of getting a imac some time after christmas, but im wondering if they will have done a a revision by then or will be soon.... Any suggestions???
Great review, both of them! mac one about imovie and ur persepective on it, ive been hearing somthings that its not as good as imovie HD or w/e.
This will be my first dive into macs and i dont want to be dissapointed on what imac or when i buy it.
I am pretty sure there will not be further revisions before xMas. In terms of supply chain issues etc, Apple doesn´t usually issue anything after November, nothing that´s not pre-announced anyway. Through time I´ve found iMovie 08 isn´t all its cracked up to be, but you can get iMovie HD as a free download from the Apple Website if you buy a new Mac. So I now use both as both have their uses but overall I prefer iMovie HD. But go on, buy a mac, you will not be disappointed.

hey can you use hotmail or yahoo on the mail application, or as i've only heard that you can use gmail and aol i think...

I just upgraded. That worked without a problem. But with a fresh install you are always gonna get the best result.
