I train tricking(look on youtube "what is tricking") and i would like to use rocking in order to improve my style. Can you send me some videos with basic moves and tell me some tips? @doink3 Actually, King uprock was speaking on the mic, saying you can't just uprock by jerking to the whole song, and that this is not the right way. And everyone started booing. So in response, King Uprock said if anyone wants an example of how it's really done, to come up and battle him. So that idiot came up thinking he knew the correct way, he was probably one of the people booing. Then he got destroyed.

I love the Mexican. Unfortunately, most people don't know that break dancing wasn't even thought of when Uprocking was created in the late 60's and was being done in the clubs and at parties in NYC. Uprocking is a dance style alone. Robnasty was killing it...mad props!
