I had forgotten how much more PLEASANT many commercials were back then (I was a little kid). The shampoo commercial: sweet punchline; light humor in perfume ad; Memorex with Ella, just straight ahead nice. Most ads today are EXTREME & assault the senses!

The Kentucky Fried Chicken slogan shoud've been, "Have a bucket of fun." What does a barrel have to do with it.? It isn;t the Pennsylvania Polka.
