This has happened to me before. I see this weird looking spirit that seems to take the form of a pale black haired woman. She attacks me at random nights and hours.she grabs the cord of my pentagram(I'm Wiccan)and starts to yank on it,while cooing in my ear in a sweet voice

i was dead asleep then i was woken up i felt i was getting tugged at like inside me something tugging out it was weird it woke me up!!!!!!! it happens alot my cats r always looking around me..i was abuses very bad as a child but i really think there was something more then me just dreaming i was asleep u c then it woke me up and i couldn't move it was wrestling with me..im not scared though BRING IT they know they cant get anywhere with me HA I MAY HAVE BEEN ABUSED BUT NOW IM STRONG!!!!

I had alot of emotional pain and was haunted during the day I lived in a constant dream like state and couldn't snap out of it. After watching this video I'm a little scarred that it can now happen in my sleep. Do i have to pay to join this organization? I would really LOVE to do any sort of energy or aura strengthening or chi building techniques.
