  • @5:10 That was my boss's chair...Carol Louise Bowers.

  • @sthomas68 You have my condolence. Interesting to see a random real life connection though. I was wondering who this person could have been when editing that segment.

Since all I see is a name can you share a peculiar interaction or anecdote from your personal experience with that person?

  • @bisontee I was in her cubicle maybe 15-20 minutes before the blast. We were going over some cases at the Social Security office. She was a very sweet lady and was probably the person I had the hardest time dealing with that was killed. I came across your video because I was watching some videos on road trips on I40 lol. Hard to shake this memory but I saw her as I was being rescued.

  • @sthomas68 Thanks for your personal insight on her. I'm glad I got the chance to hear you share your moments with her and that tragedy. It's truly one of a kind to be able to speak as a survivor of that castatrophe and connect your story to a complete stranger : )

  • i was hitch hiking when i went i had to walk on the side of that bridge over the arkansas river. truly terrifying, till a cop stopped and picked me up and yelled at me

    ft. smith right.

  • dude i ate so much chinese food to in salisaw when i was crossing the country once. they got that big ass boring casino to

  • ya'll missed memphis, beale street is a blast. loads of sick bars and blues

  • Love the sounds effects when we seen the Indian guy dude thing LOL

  • wheres part 5?

how much did it cost you to drive all that way?

  • Just fyi, Sallisaw is pronounced "Sall-uh-saw", and Lake Eufala is pronounced "Yoo-fall-uh." :)

  • Thanks for the correction.

  • What kind of cameras are you using?

  • I'm using a Sony HC-DVR90. Nick has Flip Mino and a manual still camera with some professional grade lenses.

  • Hey so do you two still keep in good contact even though you're now on the other side of the country? Howd you get back home anyways?

  • Yeah we still talk every week.

I got a one way ticket and flew from LAX...whoops...I should wait for you to see that in Day Five.

  • Yeah...that was strange. It was a THU around 3 or 4 in the pm and no cars were on the streets. It was like walking on a movie set.

Who can forget that awesome song in 3 Amigos. I like the turtle at the end..."Goodnight Ned"...lol

  • Ha-ha. Good stuff once again Tee. What was up with the deserted town? That was kinda eerie. Twilight zonish. Perfect Three Amigo ending! Looking forward to the next one. An internet miniseries? Cool!

  • As always, very entertaining mr. bisontee. i would check your facts on elk city however, as I do believe it is in fact run by elk.

    cool stuff man!

  • Loved the photography! What camera do you use? LOL at the end scare! I really want to do a trip like this :) Also loved the fortune cookie!

  • The really good photography is Nick's. He has a manual camera with a quality fisheye lens on it. I really liked those shots myself and wish I could take credit for them.

The trip was rather inexpensive if you have a friend & a fuel efficient automobile. Hotels outside of big cities are around $40 a night.

I recommend doing the trip because it was fun driving one direction and seeing how far you can go in a day...good times. Glad you watched Day Two Maxwell.

  • well the car i use is a Clio 1.5 diesel and gets 63mpg on the motor-way. The only problem, how do i get that to the US? I would have to buy/ hire one over there. How much is insurance there for a 17 year old? :)

  • Thats insanely good gas mileage!...the standard rule is that you have to be 25 to rent vehicles here. There are? loopholes but I don't think they apply in this case. : )

If you flew to Los Angeles we could do a road trip back to Wash DC. Nick is a dual citizen of England & the US so we'd have a neutral mix of both nationalities in the car.

    That'd make for a good road trip : )

  • You have no idea how much I would want to do that! : )

  • Awesome video! elk city, hahaha.

  • Great second day guys, awesome shots of the memorial.

  • Thanks for watching that Judge...

All the great pictures were taken by Nick. He has really good equipment and takes great pictures.

  • looking forward to every day of it..
