@GinjaNinjaOLLY, I have found myself starting to play with the technique as the drummer does in the video, and as long as you us your arms and wrists you still save alot of energy but by using your arms more it puts alot more power in your drumming. This helps at stuff like gigs so you can be heard better.

Dude, fricking awesome. I like how I can tell that when you go in and out of your zone. On the parts where it's just a kick drum on the quarter, you can tell that it's just you tapping your foot, but then it goes into the second verse, you just go into a zone and it really looks like you lose yourself in the music (that's a good thing, if you couldn't tell). Really nice.
