@francesko83 Freddy's "main" outfit in this video certainly isn't the most iconic of the "Magic Era" but the short hair/ moustache is pretty much the iconic 80's Freddy for me. In terms of outfit; The yellow jacket with six straps running horizontally along its length, giving it a ribbed look, over a Marilyn Monroe t-shirt, and tight white pants with a red and gold racing stripe down each side. No one can match Freddy's iconic looks. Even now, a quarter of a century later.

la mia è la classica insinuazione(personale)legata al video che sembra quasi profetica.prima che freddie mescolasse la sua personalità magica con gli altri,se pur dei bravi artisti erano solo nell'ombra di un raffinato posto sconosciuto,poi la magia di freddie li trasforma in vere rock star,ma poi alla fine se pur lasciandoli con un indimenticabile esperienza tornano nell'ombra di quello sconosciuto posto.

no...ti sbagli,se vedi Highlander,(IL FILM) nei titoli di coda c'è questa versione,e il film è del '85. Poi questa è la prima versione di A kind, scritta da Roger,che poi è stata riarrangiata da Freddie per renderla commerciale ed è uscita fuori quella che tutti conosciamo e che si trova sull'album "A KIND OF MAGIC"

Il fatto è un altro, secondo me.

Era proprio Freddie che teneva unito il gruppo......sia a causa dei frequenti litigi e sia perchè tutti sapevano che Freddie era l'anima del gruppo.

Mancato lui, soprattutto John ha deciso di lasciare ed infatti proprio lui vedeva in Freddie una specie di fratello maggiore.

Paradossalmente ora sono rimasti Brian e Roger, che per un lungo periodo praticamente non si rivolgevano la parola.

Il rapporto tra Brian e Roger (ma in generale fra tutti e 4) ebbe un momento molto particolare nella prima metà degli anni '80. Mi sembra che a causa di Hot Space si arrivò quasi alla rottura. Poi, proprio al Festival di Sanremo qui in Italia, ci fu un litigio furioso fra Brian e Roger. Come al solito Freddie placò gli animi e poi tra i due rimase della ruggine, ma non so fino a quando. Mi sembra che i rapporti tornarono normali solo alla fine degli anni '80.

The record version is too cluttered and takes away the feel of the song. As it originally stood the song builds up in intensity while the latter just completely destroys it from the start with ridiculous finger snaps and chants over what was a cool opening. Freddie should have just left it alone or put this version on the 12" with the other remixes..
