It's just that there are millions of good, hardworking, innocent men, women, and children who die in gruesome ways that you NEVER hear about. I hate to say this, but I think a lot of it is just because she was famous. I'm not saying that's always the case, but I've noticed a lot of the time people who grieve over stuff like this have no idea about more important stuff that's going on in the world around them.

Her dad was an absolute mental case. He shot the poor kid in the head as she lay sleeping in her bed. Then walks down the hallway and kills her mother with a shot to the face. Then, if that wasn't bad enough, he drags them to the garage, lights them on fire with gasoline, then shoots himself with the gun. The coroner said Judith died immediately from the gunshot, but still, what a terrible way to die--killed by your own lunatic father. A neighbor saw the smoke and called 911. RIP kiddo.
