lol no i dont like police :P and i stopped making flexing videos accually. i am strongly against negative comments and when people post em it bugs me. and im not a fan of the word noob. and sence you can do better i am going to check out your videos not to see if they are better but because i am interested in parkour and stuff like that.
I don't train a lot. The one is hard to explain. It involves another person and a medicine ball. The other is simple, just body raises. . .sometimes I do the type that I remember seeing Rocky do in Rocky four when he was training to fight that russian guy. :)
This simply dosnt make you Super Human, or very strong you are just capable of dealing with your weight and size. I can tell i am stronger then you but i most likly cant do that because my lower body muscles overweigh me.

You mean muscle to weight ratio... not pound to pound. You have enough muscle in your arms to hold your wieght(your fairly small) But if you lift weights like me your legs would be much bigger, leaving you the inablilty to do "The human Flag" =D
I do lift weights though. I work exclusively on strength building workouts that won't add too much weight. I do leg workouts, and back, and core, and arms. Cardio only sometimes because I hate it.
I do think my height has something to do with it too. Unless I really bulked up my legs, I don't think a little more leg training would effect it too much. Would you agree that the fact that I am 5'5" has something to do with it?
well if you're so big and strong then post a video to prove it. all i've seen so far is gold farming for World of Warcraft. yeah man. beastly. just remember that muscle is the hard stuff, fat is all that bulge in your belly and your arms that jiggles whenever you move your mouse keyboard.
take your shoes off and it will help =] but doing it with shoes will work u better.. good job tho.. most ppl can't do this. i'm about were u are. its alot harder than it looks.
