I've had that compass thing before. It seems to happen when there is somthing blocking you from spawning at the bed. compass will only point to a viable spawn point

Know you prob wont read this but the reason for the ipod nano "touch" is that the mechanics for touchscreens take up less internal space than the wheel or buttons. Leaves more space for memory. Yey for more songs. :D

hey breny, recently, ive been working on an animal trap a bit similar to yours in this video. its 2 high and has glass on top. right now, my lava killing system is working perfectly, but i got absolutely no spawns in the spawning area, even when its night and no animals can spawn outside. it is lit correctly and has grass on the spawning pads, but still, nothing spawns. any help would be awesome, thanks.

Compasses all point to your original spawn point, notch hasnt changed that~ But of course, when you die, you will spawn at your bed- Unless you picked it up/ moved it without sleeping again. (:
