How about an employee who exhibits any symptoms of any illness be prevented from working in any situation that requires contact with the public or other employees. I'm not sure how someone who is vomiting, has a fever and diarrhea is able to be a host at a restaurant.

Its a good idea to REMOVE your ring when you handle foods because your ring can harbor harmful virus & bacteria!!

When washing your hands,you should not turn off the water before getting the single use napkin because you are putting the germs right back on your hands. Always use a single use paper towel to turn the water off.
