I think, the action was a little bit slow, not so fast like my Lowden, but the Gibson has a great, unique sound and is easy to play, it´s a Gibson!

thanks for your compliment. My generation had no youtube and Videos to learn, so we picked up old tape machines and switched them and the licks from our idols on half speed and tried and tried and tried....... Also some lessons were taken.

Oh and agadowe, SJ200 and J200 are the same, Gibson just changed the name of this model a couple of times since the '30-ies. The SJ250 Monarch is the most expensive model, costing 20.000 $.

You can always get the guitar with a cutout, it may cost more for the custom parts, but I can guarantee that an only acoustic guitar with no cutaway will always sound worlds better than an acoustic-electric with a cutaway, hope I helped
