I'm on the fence with the down state(in PvP).
Sometimes its nice to have a second chance, especially if you're dying quick.
On the other hand if I win a 2v1.. I want them to be dead without doing additional damage to me. If I get two people on the ground by myself I deserve to win, but they still have a chance to down me or kill me.
