Did you even watch the video? "Welcome to a official Shark JKhood Guide on how to do perfect grenade throw's enjoy and subscribe". This is clearly an IGN guide where they've put in the time and effort to provide a voice over, transitions, editing and actually performing the moves as well as the entire concept of the video. This is not "expression". This is someone downloading a video, adding bad grammar in Windows Movie Maker and claiming credit against YouTube's ToS and common ethics.
