This guy doesn't know jack about star trek.. I just watched the movie again for the 2nd time. And I just noticed there are hardly any aliens.. unless you count the Romulans.. which I didn't even recognize, as such. Too much special effects and not enough story and explanation.. Not to mention.. it just sucked!

Seriously, not dissing star trek, however if you are a big geek like me (be kind to me) then you should know that everything in the following events in star trek has changed. I had to watch the film 4 times before coming to that realization. However if JJ Abrams makes another film, it will be interesting to see what other revalations occur in this new time frame, his take on this star trek was daringly bold where no man has gone before (cliche shut up). Anyway im just saying!

Besides, whethor or not you were referring to the Star Trek FRANCHISE, I thought it was stupid to say because 'every adventure, misadventure over the years' doesn't apply to this film, anyway. The story is about the original crew, who's story only lasted for three years on television, so how many adventures 'over the years' would Abrams even want to use, since most of them dont involve Kirk and Spock?

Btw, Abrams didn't even write the scipt, so why ask him about this stuff? IDIOT!
