battery problem. check your battery with multi-tester. check if correct voltage output :-)

For some reason, the camcorder does not charge when I plug in the Mini USB. The light will constantly flash blue. Even if I leave it for a while and come back to it, it won't turn on. Is there any fix?

@evanstubbins2010 you need to connect the usb cable (included). then connect to the laptop the other end, same procedure for digital camera.

@evanstubbins2010 nothing. all you need is just plug the usb cable to your laptop and the other end to videocam. Then go to My Computer and double click the Removable drive (Drive D: depends how many drives you have) then you gonna see all the video.
