decided to boost my d16 instead of k swapping so while im at it why not do this, now I understand I need the RT4WD tranny, driveshaft, differential and rear cv shafts but one little problem The rt4 has drum brakes and my ef has disks

No its a d16z6 with an RT4wd civic wagon tranny. and yes the newer CRV tranny would work in your RSX ive seen an AWD k swapped EG hatch online somewhere before....

S it's a B series CR-V engine drivetrain? I have an RSX and wonder if the new CR-V AWD woudl work since it and the CR-V and Civic are built on the same chassis and have K series engines

Yes, does it require fabrication or does the drivetrain bolt in, i do know you probably had to cut the driveshaft, aswell i didnt know it was a turbo d series, make us a walkaround please

Use the K motor AWD Element with the RSX head.

You could but you would have to use all the wagovan mounts and shit, it's really not worth the effort for jus a bseries, if u are gana put all that time and money into a conversion like that you might as well put a k series crb drivetrain in it

Buy a old honda wagon for the running gear and go d series or get a CRV and go B20 Turbo or even throw a Vtec Head on.....

i did a vtec conversion on a sohc. d16y7 to a y8. that was easy as shit. old head and intake mani come off new head and intake mani on. of coarse theres more but it wasnt bad
