i came to nola a year after the storm as part of the recovery effort - i still do some work on the weekends, but for the most part, right now i am trying to focus on finishing school.
Wow, pretty cool. Yea couple of my buddies lost everything. Rebuilt their house and good to go for now. I don't know i dig going to N.O just for the weekend to go out. but living there is just not for me. Good to hear you enjoying it, it is a fun place for a college kids. The only other great thing is we here know how to eat and have some of the best food anywhere in the country.

i'm majoring in sociology and psychology. i also work for the student health center as a peer health advocate promoting healthy choices and behaviors among students and educating them about sex, gender violence, alcohol, tobacco, other drugs and overall wellness.
