  • WAS HER DEATH AN ACCIDENT OF MURDER #1?

  • @anitacharmine It was an accident. If you notice carefully the file Valens has says ''Accidental Death''. It has been stated several times that it was an accident.

  • I always cry at the last part when I see Kathryn and Will rollerskating.

  • is a great episode but if I can help as soon as he called all the cations that start to finish, of course without Sentimental Lady

  • one of my favorite episodes

  • What a bitch that guy finally worked up courage to make a move and she treated him like crap still sad she died

  • @Mattraction513 She is not a bitch. She thought Hugh was a friend and he realised that was what she wanted when it was too late.

  • @Psycho18C Didn't look at it that way thanks

  • I am kind of glad she wasn't murdered because she was a sweet kid. But I do feel bad the she died.

  • My GOD, is Tracie Thorn's character SMILING!?! IT'S THE APOCALYPSE!!!

  • i love jake thomas

  • BRAZIL loves cold cases series!! Thank you!!

  • what song is that?

  • I think she's pretty anyway, but I thought Lily looked super hot showing off to Wil after beating him in a skating race. This episode was one of my top 10 favorite episodes and felt bad for the killer.

  • @markyz99 he wasn't a 'killer' it was an accident

  • omg i just found out that the girl who played missy plays skye in bring it on fight to the finish

  • i finally saw this episode and i now know how she died:) it was a really sad episode..poor missy:(

  • She just looks so sad at the end there. Don't the victims usually smile or look relieved when they show them once the cases are resolved? This one made me really sad.

  • Well there have been episodes where the victims weren't smile or just plainly staring or glaring when they're an evil character like George and his mother from "The Woods". One was "Who's Your Daddy". Its confusing when some do.

  • how did she "accidentaly" die

  • i saw this episode last week and her friend the guy at the beginning of this video kissed her cause he liked her but she was already feeling bad so she got mad at him and was going to leave, the boy tried to stop her but she kept backing up and she fell into something and died

  • who is dat dude wit my wife tracie?!

  • so why did Scotty cross off the code on the box and write a new one?

  • because it changed from being a murder to accidental.

  • or something of that nature.

  • to me, it was still an accident. He didn't mean to kill her...

  • Lilly and Jeffries rollerskating are freaking adorable :D

  • This has become one of my favorite songs now. :)

  • I don't understand how the victim's death was accidental.

  • she was pushed forewards or backwards she lost her footing and fell into the ravine.

  • wern't episodes 'boy in the box'.'yo adrian';'torn' 'fly away' and this episode all have the same murder type 'accidental death?

  • Dont forget the episode where the Cuban baseball player gets murdered!

  • that was manslaughter.

  • which one

  • No, not "Fly Away". It was supposed to be a murder-suicide, except that it only resulted in murder.

  • i read wikipedia and it said ''no one is arrested as the death was ruled an accident although the mother goes to a mental hospital''. wikipedia said that not me so don't blame me.

  • I never said it was your fault.

  • Wiki is really wrong, the girl's friend that guy was arrested. There's nothing to indicated that hte mother goes to a mental hospital. I think something needs to tell WIKI about that. The mother was perfectly sane

  • No, they arrested the stepfather because it turned out he was abusing the girls of the women he was with.

  • Actually they were talking about a different episode and the friend in this one may or may not have been arrested, like in "Detention".

  • "Detention" was an accident as well.

  • @toddsmitts Actually "Detention" was labeled involuntary manslaughter, not accidental death.

  • That was the OFFICIAL label. Splitting hairs, really.

  • episodes like " static" "blackout" "triple threat" "greed" "churchgoing people" "torn" all had a female killer.

  • But this one hasn't a female killer :)

  • im talking about the ones that do.

  • This episode doesn't even HAVE a killer. The girl's death was an accident.

  • didn't the goodbye room as well

  • if you are talking about it having a female doer than yes.

  • @psychodan16 Don't forget stand up and hollar as well as that woman.

  • @TeamImpactJT Ok and That Woman also had two male doers aswell.

  • if ne1 has this whole ep cud u please post it thanks

  • They'll get kicked off YT if they do. I'd be glad to send the episode to you on a DVD so you can upload it & see how long your account lasts.

    I uploaded " Daniela " & was kicked off within 24 hrs...

  • No song captures mid-70s apathy and sadness better than this one. Bob Welch summarized the zeitgeist with absoulutely aplomb. I'm glad he made it back from an H addiction. Were we really going anyplace any way, back then? The whole nation was going through the motions. Bob Welch, god bless him, gave meaning to the vacuum.

  • Fleetwood Mac version is sooo much better....too bad itunes doesn't have it......

  • I disagree with Toddsmitts - both this one and The Key are among my fave CC episodes!

  • agree with you.

  • Normally, I'm a fan of "Cold Case", but this one may have just edged out "The Key" as my least favorite episode of all time. I hate episodes where all guys are either jerks or the killer.

Some of the episodes that came after have been better though and there's a few I read about that I'm looking forward to.

  • so you'd rather women be the perps every episode?

  • Yes, can you arrange that, please? (kidding)

Seriously, there have been many fine episodes where the killer was a guy. "A Perfect Day" happens to be my fave. I also liked "Factory Girls", "World's End", "Bad Night", "Bad Reputation", "Forever Blue", "Volunteers". They all had guy killers but they had at least one likable guy in them.

  • toddsmitts what are you talking about this wasn't homocide it was an accidental death.

  • so very sad.
