I interpret this song as hes lost his girlfriend. It becomes personal to me at that point. This is one of those songs i listen to when im feeling depressed about the past. A good tear once in a while is ok and refreshing, even for the toughest of guys.

Tonight was the first time I had ever heard this song in an old movie "Angus". It played in the movie after the grandpa died. So I found it on you tube. I really love this song. I have listened to it four times now.

listened to this music over and over again with my brother in Florida shortly before he died--we had such a close relationship-- and not to sound weird -- we really loved each other--but knew that was the worst sin in the world--so we never would have acted on that of course-- but we were soul mates--it's been ten years now since his death--and not a day goes by that I don't say a prayer for him:))
