  • what did you do? talk em to death......

  • When I found several robbers in my house I dealt with them. Guess what coward, no cops, no guns, and yes Justice was in the air.

  • what do u mean how dare i say "you" sure as hell wasn't me dragging dumpsters into the street. this is exactly the kind of attitude that makes anyone with power think we're crazy anarchists. don't blame the cops either. they see crazy people storming the streets and slicing tire wtf do u think they're ganna do.

  • Well it certainly wasn't me either,so watch who the fuck you point fingers at. I stood for four days in the streets ensuring the public's safety from over aggressive police, meanwhile across the world bombs dropped from the sky on innocent people, in our name and for corporate interests, and you're going to cry that people flood the streets to have their voices heard? you're out of touch, no one deserves to be beaten by police. period. that's why we have courts and due process.

  • Ok, so it wasn't u but i know that it sure as hell was somebody in that crazy ass group that was out there. and if u didn't do anything to stop the violence then ur a hipacrit. and really..no one deserves to be beaten? someone vandalise my house and either i'm ganna kick ur ass or i'm ganna call the cops in hope that they're ganna kick ur ass.

  • yeah, the men running around with fully automatics weapons were my primary concern for violence, just the thought that you think damaged property justifies violence from the state is gross, just another dirtbag american who thinks violence solves things. shame on you. indeed you are part of the problem

  • dude, ur an hypocrite plain and simple. I believe i said this before but lets go over it again. If I were to come over to your house right now, and started smashing the shit out of...lets say ur car or tv or computer or whatever the fuck it is u own. then are u going to let me do it. NO, AND IF U SAY U WOULD THEN UR ALSO A LIER. Or ur and even bigger hypocrite because u would either do that or call the cops. SO FUCK YOU AND UR ABILITY TO MAKE ANYTHING!!!! SOMEONE SAYS "GROSS".

  • @Jacobzladder if the cops declare an unlawful assembly they can tell you to leave. If you don't voluntarily move when ordered they will use force. Pretty simple.

  • @Jacobzladder if you want your voices heard. go to your local city townhall meeting and speak your peace. As you said "htat's why we have courts and due process"

  • COPWATCHING COPWATCHING

    YEAH! YEAH! YEAH!

Copwatching right to their faces with signs and banners!

  • Police everywhere need to be encircled by active and ongoing vigils, pre-emptively..in exactly the same way they circle people who are just working towards improvement. With our signs and banners we should remind them what the constitution & abuse of authority means. And how it feels to be surrounded as though criminals (only in THEIR case.. It's ture! And this should show them a little. Guess since they can pre-empt OUR "crimes" We can and SHOULD PRE-EMPT THEIR CRIME. END THE WAR CRIME NOW!

  • I am adamantly against the brutal treatment against Amy Goodman and staff but equally opposed to her false pretenses at reporting truth while covertly aligning herself with the establishment via media/government aligned censorship -ironically that same establishment that would whip its tale indiscriminately and strike her down : VIEW MY SITE: AARONJAMESSTORY(DAUGHT)COM- 12 attempts on my life Minneapolis Police /U.S.A corruption exposed- WE WARNED PEOPLE IN ADVANCE -SHE CENSORED OUR ACCOUNT...

  • Kinda sad how this DNC police action got relatively no coverage compared to the RNC. This Democratic media is a joke. At least there's still radio for now. Till they take that away.

  • The HOMO in this viedo is dumb ass i wonder if he even knows about Anarcests if they learn a cops name or adress they will be in big troble them anacrests will do anything up to following u home and trying to kill they have tried it.

  • all of you are missing the point here you have the right to gather and protest it is your right under law yet these people where rounded up like cattle and sprayed down with pepper spray it time we all stand up and take our country back .

  • We walked our evac route on 8/29 in memory of Katrina victims. About a hundred of us & were holding banners which clearly showed who we were. were just walking together. We had children and elderly with us with us. Suddenly we were watched by police cars marked and unmarked. IF WE don't surround and watch them at their headquarters with signs & banners reminding them of the constiturion and abuse of authotrity, the Right to voice Will Be Lost, and The mission of war criminals will be accomplished

  • I've misstated nothing..ive asked you to be accountable for YOUR statement in THIS video and you either refuse or cant. I've not slandered anyone. Stating an opinion isnt slanderous.

  • Do you honestly believe the California Penal Code requires these officers to behave in any manner, including what they are required to wear on thier uniforms? Do you? If not was the assertion that they were required by to wear a number or name plate supported by a law in ANY other source applicable to Colorado peace officers? Or have you just made that claim so much in California it's become so ingrained in your protestations that you dont even realize your saying it anymore? If you were wrong

  • man up and admit it, if not then support your claim...refusal to do either shows you to be a weak bombthrower with no credibility. Its a simple question WHAT IS THE LAW IN WHICH YOU CITE THAT REQUIRES THESE OFFICERS TO WEAR A NAME PLATE OR IDENTIFYING NUMBER???

  • Dude, you cant answer the question can you? Maybe because your claim that an identifying number/nameplate is law is FALSE. So you go off on general platitudes delaring them to be secret police. If you were infact arrested. The charging documents, subpeonas, and/or witness lists would have the officers names and you would have the right to cross examine all of them. NOTHING SECRETIVE ABOUT IT.

  • Yeah, when a cop in riot gear with no name tag smashes your face in with a baton on the street and you have no idea who did it, there's no secret about that at all.

  • I havnt found you at fault for anything, rather asked you to cite the law you reference with an actual...oh whats the word....law. Be it a Federal or Colorado Statute, or Denver city ordinance...by the way nice removing many of my postings. Funny how when challenged on your rhetoric you WONT even try to support it, just declare someone with a legit question as not knowing squat. PUSSY

  • I agree with you cause. but i've seen the videos of what went on in these "protests". u were a mob. U used vandalism and violence. and when u do that u deserve to be arrested. and sence ur not agreeing to it, they have to use force. if u insist on slicing tires and dragging stuff into the street, then don't cry police brutality and "i'm inocent" because u deserve it.

  • oh... my god.

  • american people have no control over their government.

    Cops are brainwashed Pigs.

American People are brainwashed from their stupid media.

How does a black presidential candidate even MAKE IT as a SENATOR if he wasnt as corrupt as Bush.

    Disgusting

  • THIS IS SICK

  • this cop watch guy does not know his stuff. Show me were a law states that a cop must wear a badge or name plate. Ok so in your world there would be no police undercover work done ever. YOU may like that bc your a liberal, democrat, crimnal or thug lover.

  • lol, I work for public schools, I am probably your kids PE teacher. You are acting like a typical conspiracy theory nut.

  • Oh, here we go with the partisan rhetoric.Let me guess, you say "tin-foil hat" and "strawman argument" a lot too.Why is someone a conspiracy theorist for looking out for our rights as citizens?

  • C'mon America, your country is a really great contry, or at least, it was great in the past... in which country but America, barely 40 years after the end of racist laws, can a black man present himself as a candidate to the White House?

That kind of things made America, no the weapons, no te international intervention but the love for equiality, democracy and freedom.

People of the United States of America, you can change your country.

  • America is becoming a police state and the republicans don't even object or care. In fact, they support this behavior. God bless America.

  • Too bad the dems aren't doing much about it either.

  • Yes, you are correct.

  • stickmgood- you scumfucking NAZI piece of shit. I hope you rot in hell together with Adolf Hitler.

    Get out of our country!

  • get a life loser

  • hello

  • do you mean there is no law requiring you? which department do you work for, i'll be glad to find it for you.

  • I am just well versed from seeing my own paperwork. The cops that arrest you put their name and badge# on the arrest paperwork. Let me know when you have proof the aliens are helping the cops too you loser.

  • There is no law requiring them to wear badge numbers. That is department policy for them to have it or not. As far as holding them accountable, they would have to put thier name on your paperwork when you go to jail.

  • And thats only so the prosecutor knows who to subpeona to court to testify against the defendant! Ok maybe a little exagerated!

  • Which law do you say requires the police to be identified by name plate or badgenumber?

  • It is probably a state law. I know of no such federal law.

  • Ive never heard of any such law..I do know that many individual agencies have identification policy but that hardly rises to the level of a law...

  • whomever gave me thumbs up...uh thanks...I wasnt making a stand or anything..just a legitmate question.

  • I know in Cali we've got Penal Code 830.10. Colorado may have a similar law.

As for depending on the arrest report as Stickmgood describes, the problem is that only one officer's ID has to be on an arrest report, and if you got assaulted in this situation there would probably be many officers involved. Sometimes the officer on the arrest report isn't even the main guy who laid hands on you.

  • Thats the crux of what I was getting at..Jacob has previously cited California PC in other postings but I'm astounded as to believe that he's so ignorant that he would cite the provisions of a state code as having some effect anywhere outside of that state...maybe he doesnt know that Denver, CO is not in California...or maybe he's so emmotionally enflamed he cant be bothered by simple jurisdiction conflict with his declarations. OR maybe there IS a similar law in CO. Too bad he's such a pussy

  • and deletes comments, and refuses to support his positon, or site the actual reference when challenged.

  • It's rather ludicrous to allude to some conflicts in jurisdictions. This action by the police is extra-legal even under the US constitution. Whatever happened to the first ammendment? I cant believe we have the gut to challenge China! Simply insane!!!

  • Conflict in jurisdiction?Generally speaking in the very simplist terms, geographical boundry is the basis of where the law of a particular jurisdiction is applicable. All I asked was what law applicable to this jusridiction supports his claim. True the US Constitution does apply here, and nowhere in the constitution is Jacobs declaration that the officers must wear a name plate or identifying number stated or remotely implied.Ive not disputed any first ammendment claim, simply asked for the law.

  • I guess he didn't notice the officers' badge numbers displayed in front of their helmets in bold white lettering. So much for being an "observant" cop watcher. Doh!
