It is a beautiful choreography, but I have seen other Rimli dances also with less coordination in hand movements. I believe this is a semi final show, for some of their dances are really good.

The steps are in synchronization, but the hand movements are not many a times in the dance. That does not take away the fact that it is a beautiful choreography.

If you're talking about the girl on the right at the back (in the beginning) that is Gayathri Vadivelu. And she is the guru who coached everyone for this show.
