@jkm0718 A few of them will always break, but it does not affect the success of the recipe. Just stuff all of the noodles, including the cracked ones, and if some of the cheese oozes out, that's okay!
Dear Betty.. I have a naive question.. do you have left over food? I am not sure if rick and u can alone have the entire dish.. if u have left overs send them over to me ;) (just kidding)
@MsClrs Hi! Any leftover food goes in the refrigerator or freezer. I try to vary the videos with a couple of main courses, a couple of appetizers, a side dish, a dessert, etc. in a week, with one recipe per day. That is not enough food for us for all week! I actually have to cook sometimes, because I don't have a main course frozen. What I have leftover more than anything are desserts, because we just donn't eat that much of them! Thanks for your sweet comment!
@bettyskitchen dam - I was kinda hoping that being a very sexually active person would keep you healthy - more of a fun way to keep slim would'nt you agree?
Great! You can't really mess up on this one (even if the noodles want to fall apart). Just get it all in a casserole in the oven and bake, and it will be delicious! Great with Italian bread dipped in olive oil! Thanks for watching (and trying!).
@bettyskitchen I'm going to try this, but instead of stuffing cheddar slice's into the shells I'm going to stuff them with a mixture of grated cheddar and Mozzarella, would you approve?
@bettyskitchen did I also mention you have a very attractive physique for such a high energy dish - whats your secret? a very active sex life?? please inform
@TheWackadooFuckhead My secret is that I eat very small portions of anything that is high in calories. I eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. I never deny myself anything--I just limit myself in the amount I eat.
hello miss betty you mind me of betty crocker your are a excenllente cook you can for me anytime I allways cook southern food all the time makes me learn other rescipes that why I subsribe to your videos
Definitely. I would still stuff the manicotti with cheddar cheese, and I would brown a pound of ground beef, drain it, and add it to the Italian sauce before pouring it over the manicotti--It would be great! Maybe sprinkle some grated Parmesan over the top to keep the bits of ground beef on top from getting tough. A *very* good idea! Thanks!
Hi Betty! love the recipe, did u have and problems with the noodles breaking?

I can't believe you used cheddar cheese....it's best done with ricotta and mozzarella but your dish was quite delicious, thank you. :)
