Me too can't actually see what you are doing here in your video. So far I do like the Elisabeth Zimmerman's Sewn Bind Off. That is very nice and something I will try on my next cowl or scarf. I think I will knit your Seed Stitch Cowl. That is perfect and as you mentioned it is light . Thank you for sharing with us.

This method is too complicated,and the video is not completely visible. It is so simple to just bind off each stitch either in a purl stitch or a knit stitch, matching the bind off stitch to the stitch being bound off.
