I hung out backstage with these wankers in Jacksonville '99. They seemed real bitter. I'd be upset too if I was the opening act to Crystal method and Orbital, lmao!!! These guys were complete fuckwads but Orbital invited me on their tour bus. Man Orbital were good. Best show I've ever been to. These guys blew of course, Crystal method were too loud but Orbital were just right.
Hell yes they were, when they played 'Nowhere to run', which at the time I hadn't heard, I was totally in awe. The bass was pulsating and the visuals stunning. They were so humble too. Phil brought me on the bus and gave me a copy of 'Middle of nowhere' and I was speechless. Great times!!! by far the most memorable live show I've ever experienced. It's right up there with running a train on SMARTPATROLDNA'S mami last Tuesday, LMAO
@Danro22 I saw them in Tally either 98 or 99 with Q-Burns Abstract, they seemed alright. Nothing bitter, at least... wouldn't you feel like crap if you had to tour with the Hartknolls showing you up every night? Heh!
This song and, particularly, the video, should be adopted by the Occupy Wall Street movement as a theme song. "Battleflag"? Too perfect. It's Electronica with a nasty guitar riff and kinda loud...three things that drive the olde buzzards crazy. "These Boots Were Made for Walking". anyone? And the video portraying the upper-class Brit with a family life and yet a hidden sado-masochistic fetish being abducted by an organized movement? C'mon get with it, OWS. Do it. Make it your "Battleflag"...
@TheCronos777 Not toally sure either but for some reason it makes me think of a "Mission Immpossible" kind of thing. Like the chick was getting dirt on the guy becasue he was a bad guy or something. Dunno that was how it made me feel. :)
Yeah, I don't get the whole Duke Nuken association...well maybe I do...revolution!!! I just love the friggin' song. I was 20 when this song came out and it still kicks ass today!!!
@ShawtyLoooooo i think that the line is "Gotta launder, my karma"... meaning that he's done something effed up and he knows he's going to pay for it if he doesn't clean up his act!!
@morgr001 Keep it simple Willis. He may have been told like me "Karma is a Bitch" by an ex and now all great things are coming to him because he keeps on doing the next right thing.

@xXTheC0nv1ctXx I don't get this quote. I have a much stronger association with this to army of darkness (where it was taken from) than the duke nukem games.

false prophets made by man for man
hey i'm not saying god isn't real just that you can't trust the side of humanity that bleeds money
same ways old ways you can't have religion without some sort of sin
controlling those who follow
all gods made by man have many inconsistent tales that contradict the general belief
if there is a god i could use logic to say man will not believe in god being god but a heresy to their own religion's "god"
