@skj1a13 you have to go to oak labor and after you will have to battle againt team rocket, then south from pallet town you have to use surf and you will come to a island name Seaform Island , you have to catch in seaform island a shellder with ROD and give the slowpoke in seaform island the shellder , after this event you have to go right from island and use surf , then you will start the The Pi-Kahuna event after this event you have to surf right from island then turn down .
