awesome... i used to go whale watching on this same boat and with this same "oceanic society expedition" outfit about 12 yrs ago. I think it's time to go again.. expensive though, i thnk it's like $120..they are located out of San Fran
This is so awesome. They obviously are an incredibly intelligent creature. I noted a couple of awesome spots at 1:17 (spy-hop), blow-hole VS humans at !:37 & 6:34, and twin tails dive at 7:30.
Excellent video of an amazing encounter! We went whale watching in Alaska a few years ago and saw a few quite close for a short time, and half a dozen whales bubble net feeding a hundred yards or so from us. This sure makes me want to go again!
This is the most amazing films I have ever watched! They were definately looking for human contact. I would have loved to have been there. I would have wanted to swim with them. Great filming!
To be truly identified as gifted, children need to score above the 95% on nationally normed ability and achievement tests. They are as far removed on a bell curve from the "average" student as a cognitively disabled child. They deserve an advanced curriculum as much the children on the other end deserves a curriculum suited to their needs. Bragging has nothing to do with it. Children of all abilities have the right to learn.
very cool.
watching vids like this of whales and dolphins commune with people,
i get the feeling theyre saying "dude, aliens are totally down here under the water!!"

whales are amazing animals. In this era, why do we still hunt and kill these beautiful creatures.
