yeah, can you put up a tutorial? i see a LOT of vids with this same effect, except, its like comic book style or something, but idk what you call the effect type thing with the spinning triangle things around it, but i wanna learn how to do the spinning thing with dots first :)

the vid i followed just showed all the effects he used and what settings to put them as, but to be honest i have no idea how it ends up turning out like this, tutorial? hmmmmm...
