Superb assessment. Black and White for me was the greatest influence on my life. They sounded so perfect at that time and they could have made a song all on one note and it would have been enough purely for the sound alone. It predated Joy Division and clearly had an influence. Peter Hook is a fan so is Ian Brown I believe.
