You seem like you know a lot about cheese! My friend went through the Fresh Choice to go salad bar, where you can buy anything you can fit in the box for a cheap fixed price, no matter what the contents. He filled it full of blue cheese. They tried to dispute him on this, but in the end he won and the boss of the store bought the blue cheese out of her own pocket so their store's numbers wouldn't look bad. It was over 30 bucks in blue cheese, which he later put on a pizza.

I always try different cheeses and toppings in combo with each other and alone on a pizza . I have made the same pizza over and over , but I've also never run out of new tastes to try on my pies . Blue cheese is one I've been looking at and I think it will be on my next grocery list .
